S3 was founded by Bill Ganz in 2019 with a forward-looking vision to transform how businesses approach energy efficiency and indoor air quality (IAQ).
Recognizing the financial and environmental benefits of reducing electric grid demand, Bill focused on optimizing building system performance, particularly HVAC systems, to drive impactful change.
Under his leadership, S3 has evolved into a comprehensive consultancy, delivering solutions that go beyond the legacy approach of addressing only part of the problem.
Daryl DeJean
Provides the direction and leadership for each project’s resource leadership team. He draws on over 35 years of experience in the building construction and maintenance field.
With over a decade as a consultant for large corporations and utilities, his perspective is broad and disruptive in addressing each project. Viewing each building as a “living” entity, Daryl approaches every project like a checkup, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
